Pet Supply Drive!

The students at Harper Elementary were SO excited to participate in this year's community service project. They worked incredibly hard to get so many items donated. We are so proud of their dedication to making the world a better place!

With the help of every grade level, in total, we were able to donate over 700 items to the Hill Country SPCA!

Our hope is that projects like this continue to instill qualities such as having a giving heart, empathy for others, and helpfulness in our sweet kiddos!

Harper Longhorn Angel Tree

It is an incredible blessing to get to facilitate such an amazing program. The Harper Longhorn Angel Tree Program is a heartwarming initiative designed to bring joy and hope to children who may be experiencing hardships during the holiday season. The Angel Tree has a profound impact on our community. It not only provides tangible gifts, through the generosity of other community members, but also instills a sense of hope and encouragement in the children and their families. The program strengthens community ties by bringing people together in a shared mission of kindness and generosity. Through this initiative, the Harper community demonstrates its commitment to supporting and uplifting those in need, embodying the true spirit of the holiday season.

If you are interested in donating to the Angel Tree, or if you are in need, and would like to nominate your child for the Angel Tree, please reach out to:

Little Longhorn Awards

The Little Longhorn Award is an honor to receive. If your child received this award for the first 6 weeks of school, it means that they are exhibiting exemplary behavior, showing good citizenship, have outstanding character, putting forth their best effort in all that they do, and just being overall outstanding students. Recipients of this award are representative of all that it means to be a Little Harper Longhorn! Students have the chance to be nominated for this award each 6 weeks of school.

Congratulations Little Longhorns!💚🤘

4th Grade Leadership Team

The members of our 4th grade leadership team are off to a great start this year. Here we have Miss Jordan, Hayden, Coleman, and Chase raising the flags at half mast to honor all of the fallen on September 11th. This hard working group of boys is in charge of raising and lowering the flags at the elementary campus before and after school each day. They are learning valuable lessons about how to be effective leaders and upstanding citizens!
